Introduction Washington D.C. Temple — Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints My wife and I were married in the Washington D.C. Temple. That sacred space once represented everything I believed about eternal families, priesthood authority, and God’s restored Church on the earth. I do not take that lightly as I write this. What follows is not written out of bitterness or rebellion, but out of a sincere desire for truth, clarity, and ultimately, fidelity to Jesus Christ. I am writing this to explain how I arrived at conclusions I never expected to reach—and why those conclusions matter, not just for me, but for our children and for anyone sincerely seeking God. --- I’ve always had a tendency to dig deeply into things that matter to me. Preface

For the members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints whom I served with, you can drop your guard. I am not the angry exmormon archetype that wants to accentuate the imperfections of humans in their angry rants. I want to start by saying that the 1838 First Vision Account which is canonized seems very blunt about Joseph should not join any of them for they are all corrupt. He was a genuine seeker whether it was digging for Gold or the truth. A lot have been said and attributed to Joseph by others that he never said or penned by his own handwriting. In the 1832 account he received a vision of Jesus. This is not revolutionary for many before him received Jesus in visions. Yet, I have a deep reverence for the imperfect man Joseph Smith. The Twelve ExApostles of the Restoration

Faithful members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints often omit the reasons why Martin Harris, David Whitmer or Oliver Cowdrey stood by their Book of Mormon witness to their grave. It's because they invested their whole lives money and reputation into it. David Whitmer an investor in the Book of Mormon publication, wasn't going to allow his excommunication to screw up the ROI on his venture, so founded the Whitmerites faction of the Restoration. So he must believe the book of Mormon as true to gain followers to his faction. Young Men were converting in numbers to take up plural wives, just look at the ages of the new apostles he replaced the Exed apostles of Missouri with: The Twelve (in the order presented at the meeting) were Lyman Johnson, age 23; Brigham Young, 33; Heber C.   Herald   (formerly   The True Latter Day Saints' Herald   and   The Saints' Herald ) is the official   periodical   of   Community of Christ . It is published bi-monthly in   English   in   Independence, Missouri , by   Herald House Publishing . [1] The True Latter Day Saints' Herald  was first published in January 1860, at  Cincinnati, Ohio , as the official newspaper of the newly organized  Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints  (RLDS Church).  Another Testament Of Jesus, Joseph, Mary, Peter James & John: Note from the author to my friends who are active members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I didn't lose a testimony. I gained one. Yes, I was endowed in 2015 and sealed to my ex-wife in 2016. I always wondered where did Joseph Smith get the format for the 12 articles of Faith of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It  so happens that The Creed is made of 12 articles of Faith too: �Article 9: the holy catholic Church, the Communion of Saints, Catholics believe that the Church is more than a mere institution and certainly not a necessary evil. It’s an essential dimension and aspect of spiritual life. Christ explicitly uses the word church (ekklesia in Greek) in Matthew 16 when he says, “I will build My Church.” The Church is the vehicle in which the sacraments are administered to connect the Human with the Divine and we become One Body of Christ by receiving Him in the Eucharist. ...
